Drive onto Fountain Street, park in the big lot on the south, cross the street and enter the building via the main door. Sign in at the desk and you’ll be directed up to our 3rd floor meeting room.
Our next meeting will be on Monday May 20, 2013 at 7:00pm.
Our guest speaker will be Paul VE3PVB, bringing us up to date on the latest developments in EH antennas. Paul and Ted Hart, the inventor of the EH antenna, are currently writing a book on the theory and latest developments in EH antennas.
These antennas are compact and ideal for those with limited space for a larger sized unit. They are not intended to be the equal of full-sized antennas, but they can pack a lot of performance into a small space .
There will also be a short presentation on Amateur Radio Emergency Services by Brad Rodrigues VE3RHJ, the Bruce District ARES Manager.
