SUMMARY:May 2022 Annual General Meeting - Elections
DESCRIPTION:The next meeting of the Guelph ARC will be its Annual General Meeting. The agenda can be found here. A motion was put forward by Phil\, VA3QR at the last meeting to combine the Board of Directors and the Club Executive into one body consisting of 5 members (President\, Vice-President\, Secretary\, Treasurer\, Director-at-Large) and that those offices would be up for election every two years. This motion will be voted on at this meeting. After that\, elections will take place. It is important that all five offices be filled by election. The meeting will take place at the West End Recreation Centre. We look forward to seeing everyone.
